To change your password; log in to your Account, click on your name in the top right hand corner and select ‘Account Settings’. From there, select Change Password in the ‘Security and Login’ section and enter your new password.
If you are trying to log into your Software account but you have forgotten your password, please follow the below steps:
- To reset your password, please click here.
- Enter your email address which is linked to you existing Juniper account and select "Reset my password".
Once you click reset, an email will be sent to your inbox providing steps on how to reset your password.
If you have not received this email in 10 minutes, please make sure to check your junk and spam inboxes.
