After the first month of using your current Software treatment, you will be able to do an early refill of your treatment. This is provided you are not in a consultation with your doctor.
To do this, please sign into your Account and select "View Details" then click on the button that says "Refill Now". This will automatically process your next order.
Ensure you add any other products you would like to be included in your refill before you hit “Refill Now”.
Please note, you will not be able to request a refill if it has been less than 4 weeks since your last treatment order was processed. You will have to send an Early Refill request via the Support bot on our website so we can approve your request.
