If you’ve been prescribed a Software formula containing prescription Retinoid, using LED Light treatments isn't recommended. Whilst LED Light Therapy doesn't use UV Rays, which is the main cause of irritation with Vitamin A treatments, it can still cause irritation and side effects. Our medical team recommends to stop your treatment 7 days before LED light therapy and then resume 7 days after. If there is any discomfort or irritation, we recommend that you stop immediately.
If you’ve been prescribed Azelaic Acid, you can use LED light treatments alongside your Software formula.
Always remember to use your LED light masks at separate times to your Software formula.
