If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, your Software practitioner can help create a formula which is safe for you and your baby.
While some of Software’s products are not suitable for women who are trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding, we do have alternative options which are safe. It is important to let your practitioner know where you are in your conception, or postpartum journey so they can find an appropriate and safe treatment personalised to you.
Examples of products which should be avoided in pregnancy and are offered at Software include:
- Prescription strength retinoids
- Antibiotics
- Retinol Complex Oil
- Acne Supplement
This is because either the tablet forms of these medications may affect , or there has not been enough scientific research carried out to assure their safety in pregnancy.
