We are so sorry this has happened. Before we can issue a replacement can you please complete the following steps below:
- Checking the pump: Is the pump tightly screwed on the cream canister to allow you to dispense the cream.
- Holding down: Try holding the pump down for 10 seconds, let go, give it a shake, then try to dispense the cream as intended.
- Breaking open the bottle: If possible as a final measure, please crack open the bottle using a twisting motion often helps, revealing the cream canister inside to double check if there is cream left inside.
If you have done the above and your bottle is still not working, please send videos/photos to hello@skin.software of your bottle and we will discuss a potential replacement.
For context, the reason why we need you to do this is because we need to prove that the product is faulty before issuing a replacement as we operate in a pharmaceutical setting.
