My treatment hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

  1. Check that your order is within our delivery time

    Our delivery timeframe is 5-10 days from the day of treatment confirmation. You should have received confirmation of its shipment within 5 business days.

  2. Check with Auspost to see the status of your order

    Download the Auspost app and use the email address you signed up with to find out if your order has been shipped and where it is.

  3. Find out the status of your order

    In cases where your order is delayed with Auspost, we suggest that you wait the 2 week guidelines that auspost have set. If your order is delayed for more than 2 weeks, please message us through the link in the top right hand corner and our team will be in touch shortly after that.
