Unfortunately, whilst your order is processing you will need to reach out to the Support Team to have us submit a request for you.
This is a measure we have in place because once an order is processed, the script will be sent from our doctors to the pharmacy to have your Treatment Plan compounded freshly for you.
Due to the time and work that goes into every cream, we need to send through a request to ensure that your medication is not dispensed.
We do apologise that sometimes this can take some time for us to hear back from our pharmacy, but these are the protocols we need to take to ensure that your health and safety are considered.
